Nissan Order Picker Forklift Saskatchewan

Nissan Order Picker Forklift Saskatchewan

Nissan's order pickers have been based on a modular design to help allow for great cost-effective solutions to the widest range of demands in the business. A few of the choices consist of rising and fixed driver platforms, tiller arm or wheel steering and low and high fork options.

With about 15 tons to raise in a single shift, your operators require durability and reliability in order to attain extreme productivity. The Nissan series of order pickers have been carefully designed with the operator's needs in mind. They offer the utmost safety features to create a comfortable and efficient working environment and increase performance. These machines function at both low and medium levels with long forks to greatly improve workflow by being able to handle as much as 2 roll cages or 3 pallets at a time. The operator platform rises about 95 cm in less than 2.5 seconds to allow for rapid access to picking positions.

At high levels, the lift speed is fast and there is easy access to the forks from the cab and the picking position. AC power guarantees instance response to the operator's slightest command. Moreover, every braking movement actually helps to recharge the battery for a much longer shift. More uptime means more production. All Nissan order pickers enjoy on-board fault diagnostics and easy battery changes. These design features greatly contribute to the equipment's increased uptime.

At all levels, ergonomic design has been implemented. Low and medium levels for example have chosen the steering options that are best for your business. The power assisted wheel offers effortless and precise control. During applications where the operator walks next to the truck, the tiller arm option can be the right alternative. In this position, the brake is applied each time the arm is raised vertically. Once raised, it offers the operator plenty of space to stand on the truck.

The "side drive" option will allow operators the chance to walk beside the machinery and to control the truck from either side, whenever picking positions that are close together. The operator can accomplish this "straight line" application so as to guarantee accurate forward and backward travel. At medium and low level, the step height is only a few centimeters from the ground for easy access. In addition, the rising platform options enable an easy "walk around" space.

Cab access is easy and quick at a high level. Furthermore, the floor has added cushioning for better operator comfort. As well, the controls help guarantee maximum output and are carefully located for simple operation.
